All products sold on GLP1Help.co.uk are digital products delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access to the digital product has been provided. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital content and waive your right to a cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

No Refunds on Digital Downloads

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products once:
– the product has been downloaded, or
– access to the product has been provided.

This applies regardless of whether the product has been opened, used, or accessed in full.

Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents access to your purchased digital product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by:
– restoring access, or
– re-issuing the download link.

Refunds will only be considered if access cannot be provided due to a technical fault on our side.

Incorrect Purchases

Refunds will not be provided for:
– accidental purchases,
– change of mind,
– misunderstanding of product content,
– failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
